Half Way Through the Year!

This is my Middle School Choir performing at the Seattle Center House in December.

It's hard to believe the school year is at its halfway point! We just started our second term. This means I now have my High School Select Choir and they are going to be especially good this year! I'm very excited about the mix of kids I have: Very talented and fun. Of course, Orting kids are THE BEST! I have my theories on WHY they are the best, but I won't go into that. I do know that wherever I take them I get compliments on their behavior, humor, friendliness, politeness, etc., etc., etc. I'm very proud to teach in the Orting District.

Could it be that some of your earlier students got you hooked? Well, you were the best choir teacher :) Love you auntie!

You're right! Those were such fun years for me: So many neices and nephews in choir!! What a talented group they were and I got paid to help them form a choir...things I was doing as a volunteer at church! I felt so lucky to see you all daily and get to know you in a way no other aunt or uncle could. I don't know about the BEST choir teacher, but I sure loved you all and appreciated having you in class!
